need help using hesi nutes

hi ppl im using hesi nutes plants are 31/2 weeks old from seed problem i have is that the labels on tnt dont actually tell you how many times per week it should be used , i am growing in soil i have 30L bucket of water in groom mix is 7 drops of super vit,150ml of root complex but i also added tnt 150ml to this mix is this correct or do i only use the tnt once weekly? advice would be very much appreciated

I use Hesi hydro so dont use tnt but i know schedules are vague answers are there somewhere weeks across the top should be there or on the bottle pal
