Hi everyone i am from Uk an need help design my veg/flower room the room measures 12x6 and its a bedroom, I am worried the house has no insulation in the roof, also the room will be painted matt white or c3 anti detection film, what would you recommend?

The room has a window and a door, but obviously window will have to covered some how need idea for that too.

What lighting can i use?

I may use C02 for optimal conditions

what sort of ventilation will be able to use?

I was thinking a closed grow room with some ventilation from another room or is that not adequate?

I have concerns about heat and flir/ir etc?

Please someone help me design a room which will be good for a grow and not use too much electric.

Your budget is going to be the biggest determining factor on how you design your room.. The amount of lights you run is going to determine your venting, cooling, etc.. people at least need the basic info to give you any decent ideas.

I would like to possibly use 3x 600s and the room you can imagine is 12x6x8.5 i would like to make a stealth room so i don't have neighbors complain, also the room i want to use has 1 window which will have to sealed as i don't want steam condensation etc, i would open it for ventilation but then i can't keep it stealth, my budget is around £1500 £2000 to fully design the room excluding the lights.

basically i have an empty room which is going to be my garden what can i do to effectively ventilate etc? also minimize heat signature etc?

With 3 600's you're def gonna need ventilation. if possible you need to run cool tubes or vented hoods to help keep the heat from lights raising room temps.. your biggest concern is going to be odor, a good carbon filter will take care of the smells... You said you only have 1 window which will be sealed.. Where are you going to run your exhaust. You're going to have to vent out the room as well as have a clean air supply

where can i vent out, if i block the window for security? also do i need fresh air from outside or another room?

You need fresh air from outside (changed every 5 minutes max). So you need a decent 8" extraction and filter. other routes are to make it a sealed room with co2 and either extracting heat from the lamps through cool tubes. or using a/c or water cooling.
I would go for an 8x4 flowering tent with 2 600 hps, 1 3x3 250 mh., daisy-chained through sealed hoods with a 6" ruck and air exchanged to/from another room with the window left open (also free heating in winter!). Remember the loft isn't an option for extraction if FLIR is a worry. Then i would run another 6" fan and filter from the 4x8 room and a 4" from the 3x3.
Then you need an intake of cool, fresh air to the room...
Then you need a cloning area......

No, as I said, you need fresh air from outside OR you need a sealed room WITH co2. You can't run a sealed room without co2.
