Need help stunted growth in veg

week 4 veg not sure if it's iron or mag deficiency also on the other plants the leaves edges are curling inwards like a taco effect minimal tho. Thanks in advance for your help

Give them Calcium and Magnesium. They're crying for it

You're watering alot. I do 4 liters every 4 days. That sounds like an equivalent to you but one dump of water once every 4 days let's air back in the soil over the 4 days. Your method keeps pushing all the air out. Roots need to breath.

Cheers for the info just bought some epsom salts two tablespoon heaps per 10 litres so will put in 8 heaps into 40 litre and do a big water pot sizes are 12 litres
