Need Help... Quick!!!

Hey guys. Ok, well these plants are my first, very small, and only 3 weeks old. The first week didnt really count so there actually about 2. They are very small and scrawny, each with a few sets of leaves. I think its underwatering because my idiot friend missed a day, but when we last checked, they were very droopy. Like VERY droopy. They werent yellow and color looked healthy, just looked old like a grandma. Any input? I have pics ill upload when my phone charges. Thanks!

if you,ve been watering every day for a 3 weeks it could be over watering as u should be leaving it to dry out a bit sometimes so that roots can breath

Nooo...he didnt water for 3 1/2 days!!! So I guess its "underwatering"??

it's not necessarily bad to miss a day. take some pics, it might help others diagnose the problem better.
