Need Help Please - First Grow indoors

I need help! There is too much to choose from, I want to grow indoors in a cabinet 48 W x 24 D x 78 T wanted to grow about 8 ladies. Money isn’t really an issue (don't really want to waste any). I do want it to be easy to control if I need to go away for a few days. I have been reading so many different opinions and stories about hydro/aeroponics and foggers and don't know which way would be best for my grow. This is for personal use for me and the wife and we like to smoke so I need to get as much yield out of each crop as well. Any suggestions about which setup/seeds would work out better or any high yield short propagation times and ease of growth indoors would be great. Was thinking about Northern lights or skunk #1 seeds. As well as the strength of bulb was thinking of a 400 or 600w. Do you think co2, water chiller cooler or a humidifier would be needed for this type of build???

you could build a cheap, passive, wic hydro system, if you are planning on getting into hydro it will be easy, and you can leave it alone for days even a week if you wanted. you can learn with this system and upgrade later. i've been doing this for yrs, its still the system i use, i do a soiloponics wic system and i love it .the designs are easy to find online and very easy to put together and maintain.

Wanted to start off running, would like to have everything automatic if I needed to go away for a few days. Also not sure on how many plants I could comfortably grow in the square feet I will have 6-10? I have been reading alot and it seems that aeroponics would be the easiest way to go, however there are so many different setups/modifications. Any help would be great!

i would recomend sticking with dirt, 3 gallon pots then you only need to be there to water every few days.also easier to learn, imo

thing is if your gone for a few and your power goes out or whatever with areoponics you'd be done .neither areo/hydroponics are set it and forget it type systems especially when you are starting off. you have to monitor those systems quite alot and adjust as necessary ph,ec,nute levels,. I was just saying its easier to learn things slowly instead of getting in over your head with way to many different aspects of this art. but if you're confident you have a decent basic knowledge then go for it. but no one can tell you what you need research systems and see what you like and ask about those specific systems and you'll get better answers prolly. oh and passive hydro systems are "automatic" its as close as you can get to set it and forget it (indoors)

Even with all the info I have found it seems that there are so many opinions on every system, I just want something that is easy to maintain and get a high yield, this will be an indoor grow so I would also like something that I could easily change the water when needed. I would also like to set this up a good as possible the first time for minimal modifications down the road as needed.

so, basically you want advice, but only if that advice is what high tech system to buy that you don't know how to use ,and even if you did ,you dont know how to grow, but all you really need is high yeilds, so it should be and easy answer for us to give you right?

I guess what I was looking for was some ideas on growing in a cabinet and what type of setup would work out the best. Just tired of buying crap smoke and would like to grow my own. Any help/advice would be great. Just looking for alittle direction. I already bought the cabinet and have about 6 books on the way on how to grow hydro indoors.

i use a 400 watt hps for flowering. room is 3x4x7 tall. i have 8 chemo`s in it right now. i use soilless soil and verry simple nutes and water schedule and my last crop got me a coupl ounces of each plant. the fancy system helps a bit but good smoke and yield comes from good care. not fancy equiptment
