need help plant

my plant is slowly dieing please help lets see the light i give it 18 hr and it is on 10 day right now im usinggrow big hydroponics and that is 2tsp (10ml) and also big bloom and that is 1 tbs(15ml) and i have a florecet light on it . also it is in a rockwool please help
