Need help on male or female ID.

I'm posting three pics. A, B & C.
The plants are aero garden @ 49 days. Fox Farm nutrients. My best plant is plant B. Originally it had the little hairs & I would have sworn it was a female. Now I fear it is a male. Plant A I'm almost sure is a female. Plant C not sure. All looked like females a week or so ago.
Any help would be much appreciated. If B and C males I guess I have to pull them from the unit. Boy I hate to do that.

Thanks in advance, O2

grow a male so that you can possibly pollinate the lower smaller buds so you can either sell(the seeds), keep them, or replant this strain again.

Ok--I really appreciate the input. I currently have two males and one female in my Aerogarden. One of the males is a truly beautiful plant. What happens if I destroy one male & keep a male & a female. I got the seeds from Joey weed they are AK47 F2. It would be nice to have a supply of the seeds. Midgradeinthe south made a comment that I would wind up with bud with seeds. Did he mean from the female plant? I didn't think the female had seeds. I don't care if the bud has seeds I just want some decent smoke. I could pull both males and transplant them into soil. What I don't wnat to do is screw up my one female.

Any help here would really be appreciated. In the photo the female is on the left & the two males are center & right.

Thanks to all who commented eralier.

Peace, O2

Oh yes definitely get a supply of seeds from those plants(and possibly send me some:mrgreen:) you can sell the seeds since they are of that good quality.

females produce seeds when the males' pollen his the pistils. females make seeds, males make pollen.

females make buds, males make pollen.

you're best bet, imo, would be to keep the one (transplant to dirt) and collect the pollen in baggies. use a very small paint brush to apply the pollen, and mist an hour after brushing to kill any excess.

in controlled pollenation, you always get more than you want; i've never had an isolated pollenation attempt not result in accidental pollenation of everything else...

Female good really nice. Keep her in good shape and she'll do the same for you in a few months.

I really am mostly concerned about my female plant. If I leave a male in the aerogarden to flower with the female will it contaminate her in some fashion?

Thanks, O2

Yup, your female will produce less bud with a lower THC count and an assload of seeds. Pull the male if you don't want seeds.

Its not going to 'contaminate' your female per say it all depends on what you're looking for. Its been explained by several people already but I'll run it down for you one more time. If you keep your male its going to pollinate your female, which means your bud will have seeds in it. The bud can still be smoked. If you're in a position where you want seeds for the future you may want to consider this but also consider the energy the plant uses to produce seeds means less thc potency. Neither is right or wrong depends on what your looking for. I recommend reading up on pollinating some lower branches to get the best of both worlds but as kp mentions it can be tricky.

Thanks to all of you for your well informed replies. I think what I will do is remove the male, plant it outside, at a later date gather a little pollen & try & polinate some of the lower branches.
Thanks again for your help.

Peace, O2
