need help on a good strain + general questions i have

hi there, im a compleatly new grower and have harvested to crops since ive begun
(both bagseed)
and now i want to start to grow properly.
my setup:

250watt cfl
400 Watt hps Lighting System
Light Hangers (Pair)
Two Light Timer Contactor
Mechanical Timer
NFT Gro-Tank 424 System
Vita Link Max Grow and Bloom Nutrients (2 litres of each)
heated Propagator
pH reader
pH Down (250mls)
Total Blackout Sheeting (4 metres)
16 x 7.5cm (3 inch) Transplanting Cubes
24 x Large Cuttings Seed Cubes
50ml Clonex
4" rvk extractor + carbon filter

i just wanted to know
what plants i can grow in this system. Ive got 3x fastbud(auto) under the cfl
but i wanted to know is that too many for that light and what strains can i put under the hps that are easy to grow, and tasty. Prefably something auto, wich one of you have grown before and know alot! about this strain (what it likes and what it dont like). and how many can i put under my 400w lamp....

you can put virtually any strain under lights aslong as they havent been outside b4 hand i think those FB's will give you bountiful buds mate happy growing hope i helped !

I'm currently vegging 4 plants under 125w CFL, and 70w side lighting, and they are storming along (see avatar- those pots are 12" across).

Providing the pots are small enough you could get more under that without too many probs.

You can fit more under the HPS cos it spreads the light out better, from a higher position.

like how many tho?
i got the nft424 system with the 400w hps, and the main thing im after is a easy peasy strain to put in there, (pref auto) and some tips on what this strain likes.

if ı have a hydro never care about autos dude.ı would just go and buy a regular strain that ı can control veg and flowering cycle.by the way ım flowering 3 small and 3 big plants under 400 watt hps.

6 plants under a hps that cant be too good. howmany photo period plants can i flower under a 55000lm 400w hps
