Yes, your seedling is very shocked but it may make it. The first 3-4 weeks of a seedlings life is very fragile. They don't grow much but instead they are establishing there root system. During these weeks you want to keep the soil moist (not soaking), no nutrients, give it a small amount of light (CFL work best), keep the light far enough from the plant so too much heat isn't created (I try to keep it 73-77F) and most important be patient. When you see more growth it can handle some stresses like more light or nutrients, right now just keep it simple. Hope that helps, but if you want a more direct answer we need more information......temps, lights etc.

One last suggestion.....stop chasing "the perfect PH". My tap-water's ph is 8.2 and I water directly from tap to flower (I use soil...if you ever do hydro that's a different ball of wax). When someone starts asking you about your ph when trying to solve a plant problem....don't pay them any attention. Thinking that if you get your PH "perfect' it will solve your plant's problem you'll be hurting your plant as you're not addressing the real problem....most often a grower is to blame by over-nuteing, over-watering, or the lighting is too close.

I'm using soil mixed with coco.
Temp 23-27*C with vent.
Bro, i'm not given nutrients for it, just watering & lighting for sure
My plant is almost 4 weeks. And some ppls tell me that my container has been soaked, i think so. Of course no nutrients. I'm using 1 bulb CFL 42w cool daylight with 8 bulbs 20w warm light.

Most has already been said, biggest problem is its drowning and there is no oxygen getting to the roots which are trying to develop. The PH of your soil at seedling stage is important but yours although at 5.8 is a little low (for soil) should not have caused your current issue. Agree though that it is not that critical when watering or feeding as soil will buffer most discrepancies.
