NEED HELP MY BABIES ARE SICK! FIRST TIME GROW!

what up roll it up family, i need help bad... i have my three plants i have germinated from seed. one biscotti one runtz and one cookies. they started off great and then today i noticed there was a good amount of algae on two of them. i had them in clear small cups and i did some reading on here about how the root should not be exposed to light. what should i do?? I'm growing out my closet which is about 4x6 and i have a 1000 watt led light from amazon I'm also using a organic soil and ro water.

I had been giving it nothing but water with a ph balance at about 5.5 to 6.0
I believe I over watered it and then got the curls but not sure, also i think my light was too low.

i transplanted them into new pots with also fresh soil to kill the algae. this is how my grow space is looking.

They are way too wet,let them dry out and start feeding a weak feed.
