need help identying a problem with seedling

This is my first post, and my first grow.

My plants are 10 days old. I have 6 barneys farm critical kush 100% indica seedlings.
I germinated by soaking in water for several hours then directly placing them with tweezers into peat moss. I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure if these peat cubes were pH balanced due to peat moss having really low/acidic pH but all 6 seeds cracked and sprouted.

Im using a 400w MH light, a little fan, they are always 70-90 degrees, they get fresh air through ducting fan. light is on 24 hours nonstop. I water with RO water and water about twice a week. They are in solo cups currently awaiting transplant once i get a root ball. When i put them in the cups, I added my soil mix I made which consisted of half happy frog and half ocean forest, then i added little amounts of garden lime(dolomite) and little amounts of epsom salt, and 1 1/4 lbs blood meal, and 15 lbs worm castings. I don't think it could be a soil issue because I made my soil based on a popular soil mix and my other 5 plants love it and grow like nuts everyday.

Now my problem is, I have 5 of them growing very fast, but my 6th seedling which im having problems with, grew its first set of true leaves, and then just kinda stopped. Its not growing 2nd or 3rd sets of leaves like the others. What mostly puzzles me, is that in the center of the plant that is stunted, there is a little strand thats whitish greenish growin in the middle that none of the 5 others did to grow their leaves. I have pictures of it and I don't know what its doing.

My close up of the problem seedling is a little blurry and i aplogize, my cameras fault.
But this thing growing in the center does not look at all like 2 mini leaves like my other 5 plants have each time they start a new set of leaves. It is just 1 super thing stemular looking thing that isnt green like a new leaf, BUT the base of it is green and the tip, but not the middle.

Has anyone seen anything like this? Is this seedling junk? Could it get unstuck? It is all green and shows no signs of over watering/underwatering , pH problems, or nutrients problems.

If you click on the picture of all 6 of my plants , it is easier to see than my other 2 pictures of it individually.
it is the plant in the middle all the way to the right. thanks

Alright, so that's kinda usual, not all the seeds are good quality, if the last plant didn't grow normally that's just because of the seed ! Either it was bad quality, or the germination wasn't successful, that may happen !
Germinate them correctly ! In water till they show the tail, when the tail double-size the seed, straight to paper towel ! You give it enough time cause it really varies from a seed to another ! But having 5 out of 6 success is great !

It's hard to see.
Could be a mutation, happens now and then.
If it's green atleast it's growing.
If your meristem turns brown, and dies before it makes it's first true leaf set your screwed.
