hey bro - first off - looks like you don't have enough soil in that pot, second it looks very wet - dunno if you have just watered it. Try repotting in dryer and more soil. They aren't pistils, they are where the next lot of branches will come

Just as cafe culture mentioned, you will need more room for your roots to grow. Also, the pot blocks light to lower branches, which is not really a good thing.
Allow the soil in the pots to dry out, then carefully lift the plant and root ball out of the pot, along with any soil that comes with it.
Fill the pots up to cover the gap, and replant the plants.
Your plants have not sexed as yet. Just keep growing! They will generally sex when the photoperiod switches to 12/12
