Need help growing indoor and outdoor

Hi I am a beginner grower. My friend gave me this grow light

and it comes with a 125w light bulb.

I was interested in growing hydro but I am really confused. I have been looking at videos and reading things but still am lost.

I want to know if there is a cheap hydro system where I can grow with this light.

Is there any tut that shows me how to do all this. Is there any cheap hydro system?

If not how do I grow weed indoors with soil?

Good enough for one plant, but you'll need to add more watts if you plan on growing more.
