Need help for 2011 stealth forest grow

hey, i tryed to grow indoor a few times workd but my plants got snatchd by one of my parents lol so next summer im going to start my gro im starting this tread ahead of time becuz i want ALL the tips and help i can get i found a spot for some plants and i just wanted to know everything i need to do to grow outside,
im located in a cold place so i was thinking of starting my grow in may of 2011 and then ending around augest or september.
in the next week or so cuz im not in a hurry im gonna go check out these places n look more for if the sun can actually get to the plants or not or if the trees block out the sun too much

so please tell me everything about outdoor growing...

my questions:

is it better to plant the plant in a pot of soil and just dig a hole and insert the plants pot in the ground? or plant the plant directly in the ground?

how often should i water? depending on the rain all the time?

how much should i water?

would 3 months be ok for outdoor growing?

im going to try and tie the plant down with sewing tread (so people dont see a bright white string in the green forrest and to help keep the plant NOT reach 7ft lol i want just a first plant of about maybe 3ft or 4ft just so its more NOT eye level if u catch my drift.

should i start the seed outside no germination?

should i start the seed outside after germination?

i cant grow in my house but my parents arent home before me becuz im in college so i dont work all day, so could i maybe start the germinate the seeds in my house (using the paper towel method)((worked good for me before)) and then grow them in small party cups for like 3 days and only give them about 5hrs of light? just for 3days so their bigger ? or would that stress the plant too much?

I KNOW IT WILL GIVE ME ABOUT 1/3 THE YEILD BUT I WANT TO HAVE NO CHANCE OF OVER NUTE DAMAGE CUZ ITS MY FIRST GROW

would 3 months be ok for outdoor growing? Probably not cause i been doing an outdoor since early june and currently im getting into the flowering stage and its getting pretty windy and kinda messing with the plants their probably about 2-3 weeks into flowering i know they will not finish outside.
how often should i water? depending on the rain all the time? this has always been tricky for me at first i didn't know what to water but it all depends on container and the plant, all your plants bagseed or not will not be the same strain so some will take more water than others so you need to figure out a pattern with your girls, but come on we are all loving growers here treat them with respect and you will be rewarded kindly when they bud.

sewing thread and fishing line seems a little small to be tying down with...the smaller the strand the more likely to cut through the stem. twine or kite string would be better. burlap string even better.

start indoors, (jan) from seed. put outside at a foot or taller, or in may dig holes..bigger holes=bigger plants. forget the pot outdoors, unless your using big pots. 5 gal or more.

get on youtube and watch brown dirt warrior..and search this outdoor thread for nels gurilla grow.

Thanks for your post...i cant start them indoor becuz i live with my parents thats whyi said above that i can only give them around 4hrs of light indoors which i KNOW is not enough, but for just a week to get them started would it be better to do that or just start them outside after i germinate them? i thought it would be worse becuz it would stress the plant and strech it maybe thats why i asked about the starting them indoor becuz of the lack of light i could give them and becuz it would be in my bedroom window lol

nice idea dude... im going to do the same in 2011 since my plants got stolen this year

plant them directly in the ground

depending on where u live they need water once a week

depending on when u plant them is how long you know it will take for em to grow

and if i were u id germ them in a paper towel

how much should i water? I water 2 gallons every week per bucket, but there is also a stream I can divertwater from if need be.

would fishing line be better then sewing tread? or no difference? Fishing line is clear and better. it has been known to work well to hang fishing hooks from line in the trees around arm level, if you get my drift. just remember where they are.

Human hair works well inside a piece of panty hose and tie it to a tree near your grow and animals will stay away, also pee around the spot NOT ON YOUR PLANTS.

but wouldnt the fish line cut threw the stem of the plant? ive seen it with metal wire but im afriad it will happen with fish line

and another question would the 4hrs of light in my window for the first 3 days or so be better? or would it stress the plant ?

but thanks for the information about waterin,,but is there a curtain amount i should be waiting them? or does it matter?

and JOC same to you what do u think? like i know u said u water 2 gallons but im talkin all the way threw how much should u harvest like lil baby seedlings 2 gallons lol they be gone down the river

To each his own and some of these guys have a huge investment (money AND time) that they wish to protect. However, in my parts it is generally a given that if law enforcement becomes aware of a plot, they will simply destroy it and move on, but if it is booby-trapped in anyway, I can guarantee you they will instead stake out the plot and wait for the water boy to show up.

that might be enough time but its also about nature you cant rush flowering outside like your can indoors.
like i dont know exact watering i just water till i can let the soil sit for 3-4 days before another watering.
also you will want to let the soild dry kinda like crusty so your roots will utilize your pot.

thanks n i aint boobytrappin it lol if i dont go to a seebank i can get bagseeds from kush off my boys for like $1 each lol i just MIGHT go to the seedbank n grab some lowryder seeds n some other plants that will flower with like 3' tops cuz it ll be less visible with 3-6 small plants that grow around 3' tops i should get roughly 1-2onzes each which is enough for me, the spot i wanna plant em is about a 5min walk from my house ill make a rough pain picture of the place so u all can c and comment if u thiunk its a good idea

like you might be able to grow there but you might wanna also think like your probably not the only person that goes back there.
i guess people can over look it but it will stand out. you might not want to invest so much money or time on a grow in such an area.
also if you visit the place often people might grow some suspicious.

thanks forthe comment my plan was to only show up maybe once a week n i got to college so i can c it before any kids get outta school,
there are a few other areas i want to look closer at that are a bit farther away then this one,
i wish i could grow in my house

anyway...imma also ask another question becuz i want confermation

so i read on a tread on here that if u harvest a lil early when the trichs are only cloudy and not red, u get more of a "up" high and not as big of a burn out is this true? and if so what does it affect? potentcy? yeild?

another thing i want to look at is im not sure if they would get enough light here as i think the trees might block out the sun so i will be looking for another spot but its alot farther and i dont no if it wouldbe worth it becuz i'd have to go searching around a HUGE forest to find a good spot , n hope that nobody finds it, but then the fact becomes that i would have to have a open spot were sun can get in and most of the open spots ive seen in the other forest are full of garbage, empty weed bags, and you can notice people are there atleast once a week smokin weed, hopefully i can find a good spot in the first forrest i dont wanna walk 2 hours a day to and from a HUGE forrest that ill get trapped in

ok so i read a bit more and heard about human hair keeping animals away does this work? do i have to burn it? what else will help keep animals away(manily squirels) ?
and i am going to use organic matter to use as fertilizer instead of buying it becuz i have no transpostation to the store and i would like to keep it organic becuz its my first grow,
i heard orange peals, banana peals and any left over food is good but wouldnt that be worse to use becuz then animals would actually want to eat ur plant if its around all that stuff? that would attract animals i thought?

you cant do much about squirrels i always find my pots alittle dug up in or nuts inside my dirt.
but yeah you need sun if you want them to finish completely. also if you take your plants off before the hairs turn red.. then its not ready to pick.
you wont get your full potency,taste,yield its a bad move.
if you wait that long to get to the flowering cycle you will want to finish

not the hairs, im going to be looking mainly at the trichs n i know ur not sappose to i just wanna no if its true tat if there just cloudy and not ready apparently ui get a "up" igh n the only thing i dont like about getting high (Sometimes) is te burn out n bdeing tired lol
