need help Flowing Stage ebb and flow

I don't even know where to start...Well i'm growing some ww and shiva skunk, i'm going to flower in the next day or two,my plants are 1 1/2 tall ...I'm using ebb and flow,my room temp is 75f humity 50-55%,water temp 68f,i have 3 600 watt hps lamps,the lights are 2 1/2 feet away,ph 5.5,i'm using flora nova bloom at 600 ppms to start...I wannna know,how many times should i flood,and for how long? And is it true that i should'nt water/feed during lights off ?please help! and i'm sorry,for the long post...Thanx alot 1 luv

how big is your flood table mine is a 3x6 and the grow shop here in town told me to flood mine 3 times a day at 15 min each time but i only have seedling now but thats what the told me

probably gonna need a bit more than 3 times a day. it is really a timing thing that only you can figure out after your next grow. nice set up-looks like you got everything covered.
keep in mind the longer the duration and frequency of floods, they less strength nutes they need.
I think these are Sativa's right? if so, I am gonna say those ppm's are probably as high as you want to go for now. they usually have less tolerance for nutes.
look into DWC for your next round. or try one out for flower-very cheap and a lot less problems than ebb and flow and maintenance. it is slightly less tolerable to changes and mistakes than ebb and flow but the growth should be about 10-15% more than ebb and flow.
you can also very precisely control the height and width of your plant during her intial strecth in 1-3 weeks of flowering by the size of the res.

i would ebb and flow every 4 hours for 15 minutes. just make sure the roots dry out in that time.
