Need help! First auto grow

Hi, so I've got a few dinafem blue cheese autos about 3weeks from seed. A few are showing decolouration on the bottom leaves. Pics below. Can anyone help diagnose the problem? New growth is starting to twist aswell which in sure isn't supposed to happen?
They are currently in 2L rhizo pots and I'm thinking they are ready to pot up but unsure and don't want to go ahead without a second opinion.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers!!

What soil are you using? Up potting is fine but I'd wait another week and move them to their final pots.

Looks small for 3 weeks

Verve multipurpose soil. The next pot up was to be 12L final pot. I'll wait another week or so

I don't have any experience with your soil but hopefully someone else does.

I'd recommend feeding 1/4 strength nutes. Is your pH in check? Check your roots when you transplant.

Right now I'm just feeding water. I didn't think they needed nutes this early? I was planning on potting up by just putting the 2L rhizo pot into the 12L RhizoPot, read this is OK as the 2L is made so roots can break through it so I won't see the roots :/

Yeah that's fine I just suggested it to check their development as a possible reason for slow growth.

Lower yellowing could be N deficiency or simple over watering hard to tell by just pictures.

Go ahead and transplant before their next watering and then pickup the 12l after watering. Let it dry out completely then lift again. Use that weight as an indication to water until you can start eyeballing it. If yellowing continues up the plant then start feeding. I'd feed anyways at 1/4 strength every other watering.
