need help fast

my plant has got 1 brown leafs and most the others have got brown tips on the ends of there leafs and the other has got a brown stem what does this mean and what can i do to stop it and get my old healthy plant back

any advice and i would be greatfull
 
lil more info would help . what lights are you using , is it soil of hydro . How old is it , what strain is it . What kinda nutz are you using ?
 
im useing a type of plant food and baby bio my plants are 2weeks into veg there both thai weed and using standard plant grow soil and im useing 2 flouro tubes and 4 cfls but iv only started to get these probs in the last week maybe less
 
You said your plant is 2 weeks old. But then you mention "old healthy plant". Is this grown from seed or a cutting? Seedlings don't need to be fed any nutrients until they are about 3 weeks old. From your description it sounds like they have been over fed.
 
Two of my plants have stem rot from to much water from my drip system ( rockwool) is ther any way to savage these plants..? about 9in tall... is the drip system on to long?

Nutrient burn, your giving adult fertilizer to a baby, its like trying to make a 3 month old human baby eat a steak. The soil has the nutrients the baby plant needs until its gotten 4 or 5 stems of growth on it and a bit of height, then you can feed very little once every couple of waterings.
