Need help choosing a light

Personally i went all out with the sun systems light but there are much cheaper options out there. I just like that they are a philips ballast and bulb.

You can get like a horizontal vivosun fixture for about 115$ and a philips bulb for about 80$. Philips bulbs are the best.
