HI!
Are my plant dying?
What are these orange spotts forming on the older leafs?

ryS5ewh.jpg
might be hard to see so here is a bigger picture:

The ppm is only att 200, the pH between 6.0 and 6.3 and the temprature between 75 (24*C) and 89 (32*C) farenhight.

I left them alone for two days and this is how they looked after i came back.

Karma to all who answers!

For one gotta get rid of that tin foil. It sux as a reflector and it could create hot spots therefore burning your plant, either use white paint or reflective mylar. With one plant you may be able to get away with buying on of those helium balloons and cut it open and its mylar reflective mylar inside. Also your plant looks a little hungry, it looks like it needs a little of everything, NPK and cal/mag. The light green fading looks to me like a Nitrogen def and the brown spots are hard to tell but that may be cal/mag. Try to keep the temps down too 89 is a little high I think, 85 is ok. And if that's soil try to get the ph up to 6.6 to 6.8 to maximize nutrient absorbtion. When you test the PPMs test the water first. 200ppms is good for now but make sure its 200 ppms of feed not including the water ppms. I hope that helps. Im still new to this too but ive done a ton of research and I asked plenty of questions on here and the good people of the RIU community helped me out. Also next time you have a question about your plant the more information you give about your grow the better we will be able to help you solve a problem (lighting, nutes, medium, strain, age, etc.) Good luck my friend

This is a fairly classic problem.. The plant is having some moisture/heat stress in the root zone. It is also possible that the root zone is having pH shifts due to the temperatures at or near 90f. What is your rooting medium? It looks like phosphorus deficiency.. Maybe pH is dropping below 6 in the medium, locking out the phosphorus.

ok Thanks!

My water is about 85 ppm so i gues its only about 115 ppm of nutriant.

Lamp is 250 W MH at a distance of 1 foot (33 cm).
Nutes are General Hydrophonics 3 part kit and super thrive.
Medium is water (bubbler).
Watertemp are about 24 *c (75 F).
Moisture is about 25- to 30% (100 % in tank lol)
Plant is Northen Lights auto fem from nirvana at day 19.

@pSi007:
it might be moisture/heat as you say...
How do oyu tell the diffrens from overfeeding (burning leaves) and underfeeding (phosforus deficiency)?
Im afraid I'll overfeed the poor thing.

Also i might add that the burned spots feels like a cats toung.
Rought one way and soft the other...

Thx for quick responses! Rep everywhere!

defo get rid of the foil. there are threads diagnosing different deficiencies with diagrams so you can see what the problem is. whatever it is, it is fairly early stage, and the new growth on top looks healthy, so dont panic. research it, find the exact problem and diagnose it when you are 100% sure what it is. dont go into panic mode and start throwing nutes at it, you will do more harm than good. you have time to find out what the problem is. good luck.

ok, hydro.. The higher temps have caused the DWC to go bad. Be careful and reduce temps or your roots will go brown and slimy. The phosphorus deficiency is due to the water temps being too high, this is only the beginning of a larger problem unless you reduce temps. If your outside air peaks at 89f, your water is near there. Unless you have a water chiller or store the water/ferts outside of the grow room, you will have problems.

Growing indoors and in hydro really requires the grower to maintain ideal environment. You got the temps, humidity, ventilation, exhaust system, ph, nutes maintenance and a whole lot of other concerns. But once you get to be familiar with your set-up, everything becomes second nature already.

My poor little plant have begin to get even worse! More orange/dry spots and now the new leafs are loosing their stiffness.
Some of the smaller leaves feels like seaweed or grass that been laying in water for a week or two.
They are just hanging straight down like saggy unwatered grass.
Here's some pictures:
4GwVqno.jpghfyhuzD.jpg9CDGyp8.jpgglBShVk.jpg

So here's the plan, today I started a flush with GH flush.
Tomorrow i will add 21 ml/galon of the three combined GH nutritions.

I got my tempratures down to a more stable 77 (25*c) - 84 (29 *c) wich I know is high but i cant do anything about it.

If anyone have any idea as to what this can be any help is appritiated and REP:ed!

sorry for the bad english :)

and aparantly orientation of the cam :S

Chuck the superthrive into the garbage can, follow the directions from General Hydroponics (but use their lower end feeding recs) and see if that doesn't solve the problem. And I'm not saying that just because I think superthrive is a gimmick; problems are always easier to diagnose if you are following an established program. I have never seen anything from GH that recommends the use of superthrive as a supplement to any of their lines.
