need help about temperature

hi there, started my first grow in my loft ive got a couple lowryder x ak47s and a couple of random strains but my plants seem to be taking ages to grow its pretty cold up there ive done what i can to insulate it but it still feels pretty cold up there do you think this is why?

sorry, could be a number of things: light, soil, water, air or temperature. the temps should be at least 65 degrees f with the lights off.

loft? attic space,or open room overlooking great room .attics are vented to the outside to keep heat down during summer.what are the average temps at the canopy

cheers mate the lights a 600w so dont think thats a problem i think its the fact that where im growing it is on top of all the insulation for the main room so it is well cold up there naturally but im not sure how to make it warmer without spending money

if you can control your temps that looks like one hell of a nice area for growing

yea unfortunatly i cant use all of that open space as its really thin wood so standing on it would fall through my bedroom but that bit at the back where im growing now will be alrite i hope i can sort it out tho
