NEED HELP!!! 240v DIY Electrial Box

Im doing (3) 1000 watt hps and need a how to on making a electrial box with a timer. I tryed looking it up but found nothing I like. If anyone out there can help that would be great. I need some Info ASAP. If anyone has a pdf they can send that would be great.

Not one person know's about a good setup???

I had one built for me. It was a "contractor J box" that ran a 120v outlet with a timer as a relay to control the four 220v outlets. I know the cost was 200 for parts alone and was built by an electrician friend of mine
