Need Help 10 x 10 Grow Tent What LED lights to use?

I am setting up multiple 10x10 Tents what LEDs would be best? Also will a light mover help ? I want to use the least amount of lights possible in each tent because i will have 3 tents going. Can i get away with a less lights if they are on a light mover?

I have seen the timed light lifters they start med then get close them get far supposed to simulate a day. I just keep my lights same spot, close until thats too close then it's moved. As for lights I use cfl not led so I'm not a pro with those my friend uses them along with cfl so I'm not comfortable comenting on leds,, sorry but i think if you got the cash $ don't your ladies deserve the best? Splurge and get them the light movers.. I say if I got it they can have it.. Lol. For what they give me.. It pays me back..
