Kind of depends on your skill level and grow. Some strains are easier, less smelly etc. But personally I would just go with a strain you've smoked before and liked.
Then you shouldn't have a problem growing most strains. The descriptions next to the seeds are fairly descriptive most times so they should give you an idea of how they will grow.
Ah, ya I'm not too familiar with all of the strains. From my limited experience critical+ (big bud x skunk) is pretty dang frosty. Mines just over 3 weeks into flower and covered in frost, if I bump it or disturb it in anyway, the smell over powers my carbon filter. But I'm uncertain how that would mix with White Siberian.
like mentioned, nirvana and attitude ship to usa(and therefore ny)
seed boutique does(uk based), and some Canadian seed banks - i think orders that come through NY customs have a better rate of getting through
I've heard good things about chocolope. So many strains to try, I doubt I'll ever get around to smoking them all, let alone crossing/breeding.all the ones I want.
