So i started this job at a motorcycle dealership and i build motorcycles ect out of crate to sell. We litereally have a huge dumpster of wood that we pay someone to pick up and trash every few weeks boss told me to take all the wood i want. So if you need wood to build a room or whatever hit up you local big name motorcycle dealership they literally throw the shit away and if you don't mind putting in a few hours de nailing it it is great wood 2x4 and even landscaping timber i will take some pics later in the week so yall can see but i am scooping as much of this premium wood as i can. Figured i would let yall know nothing better than free wood XD.

lol well we get jetski trailers stacked about 10 high with 2x4 and the nice pieces of timber in between like i said ill be back at work on tues and take some pics it is literally brand new wood. they throw so much away its sad ratchet straps bungee cords all kinds of stuff it's quite sad. and like the post says its free wood if you wana buy it then go buy it...... some people like myself don't waste shit like 3/4 of our population that would rather go work to make money to spend buying something that they can get for FREE. just saying

having worked for m/cycle dealerships the wood is cheap pine and the straps are cheap and nasty. Its all just designed to keep the bike upright and to save as much added weight as possible in transit and storing.
If your chasing cheap timber then your much better off scavenging at the nearest rubbish dump. Often pick up lengths of framing timber that's never been used.
I haven't seen the jet ski packing timber.

They also remove front wheels and handlebars etc to make the box smaller.
i think they do something like that here but with cows. they will ship the cows young due to lack of weight feed them in california cause the cost of all the grain or w.e. they feed their cows ( most likely grain ) is cheaper then shipping all that grain/corn here then i guess they ship the fat cows back to be milked and possibly slaughtered.

Our trailers come stacked on landscaping timbers also but some asshole at corporate must be getting those cause I have to send them back. I get wood from lawn mower crates but the nicer the mower the nicer the crate.
