its a male, you can tell by the "balls that it has. just throw them away and start all over unless you want pollen.
 
What could cause the top leaves turn white ? The bottom are burned from a long ago. Thought it could be nute burn and flushed them. They were vegging for 4 weeks and switched to 12/12 a week ago.

The leaves look pretty normal to me. Bottom ones look to be dying slowing. It might have been from burn, but I wouldn't put any thought into it; it's not severe nutrient burn. Many times they first few sets of of true leaves get stunted, for one reason or another, and stop growing, eventually dying. Leaves come and go; I wouldn't worry about it. Nice lookin' plants; not bad, not bad at all.
