is it possible to tell the difference between male and female seeds? if so, i have some pictures of seeds that all came from the same 1/2 ounce. i sorted them out into three types. one is small and really green. the second seems to be medium sized and light brown. the third are larger and deeper brown.

You can not tell if seeds are male and female. The only way to know for sure is to grow them out. Seeds are different sizes and colors because they are in different stages of maturity.

NO. you can not tell sex from a seed. And any seed that you doesn't break when squeeze between your fingers will most likely sprout

so ive done a lot of research and seen that you can stress plants into produce female seeds, but i cant seem to find if there is a way to feminize the seeds i already have, is that possible?

No you can not. Unless they are already feminized then you have no control over whether they are male or female
