What part of FEDERAL drug laws do people not understand? It is illegal to transport drugs across state lines according to FEDERAL law. You would not be prosecuted for violating a state law. You would go to FEDERAL prison. And you can bet your ass you wont be going to one of the club fed prisons either. Maybe I am wrong though. Test the theory. Run some dope and be sure to get caught so you can know for sure just how right you are about this.

But the feds have said publicly they will stay out of medical and if it's legal in both states I think they may have a hard time with that prosecution. come on out to Illinois haha... we pay nearly 4k for good cali outdoor and up to about 48 for good indoor all day. Prices are kind of shitty compared to some other places where it's legal... but at the same time it's not as bad as some people think it is here.

A young man I went to school with sold hundreds of pounds to a guy in Michigan (over two or three years) under the pretense that it was legal because they were both MMJ patients in their respective states... It was very frail logic that ended up biting him in the ass when he got caught in Minnesota with 20-some-odd pounds. He got 4 years or something and did 2 years, his little bro (around my age) got 2 years deferred sentence and their dad (the supplier) got 5 years and he's still in there I guess it seemed worth it to him, as prices here at the time were reaching an all-time low (and they're probably even lower now). There are tons of people here still sitting on pounds from last year because they can't even sell them for 2 grand. One friend still owes me lots of money and he's now asking me to borrow more while he's sitting on like 30 purple pounds
