Check out Mazar i Sharifi. Make sure the lineage shows it is actually from Afghanistan. They don't harvest it until it has snow on it. Medicann Seeds calls it plain "Mazar". Heavy producer of resinous pot the Afghans use to make hashish. Berger is right about the indicas.

I think there are a bunch of good cold-weather growers on this site.
I think @Mad Hamish @Pattahabi @stowandgrow
hmmm I know there are more than that... maybe they could help steer you.
Or perhaps the regional area for growers
Personally I can't help... im on the central CA coast

Bro I deal with temps of over 110 in summer and can get it down to 75 in winter if lucky... You want to know about HEAT I'm your man. I have never in my life seen snow.

damn... down to 35?
that's frosty...at least you don't have too much worries about mites or botritus at those temps.. that's my world..
the rain hitting them is a bitch too... when that happens I just think of alllll those rain drops cruising down and individually blastin those trichomes everywhere.. A travesty....

one thing I may add... if force flowering is your goal?
Get a mother, keep her under a typical 18/6 or even a 20/4, and take clones, get all the plant you will want for outside, and then when you plant them in june or july, they'll flower immediately. If you have a picky strain, keep the mom and clones under 24 hrs of light, and then almost any change in that pattern will trigger flower.
Actually that's what I HATE about using clones for outside, but in your case, it may prove to be helpful.
Keep in mind the yields are going to suffer, but you can offset that by training them and getting them large during vege time.
Maybe a nice beefy greenhouse with a natural gas powered (co2 makin) heater is in your future?
