Need Advise 1 out 5 look bad (pictures)

I have 5 GSC auto's All 5 are in about week 5 or 6. for the last week or two I have had one of them that looks different from the others. kinda sickly looking. My question is, do I get it away from the others. Pretty sure in the past I had one hermie on me and messed up entire crop. Here are pics of all of them. THE FIRST 4 AND LAST 2 ARE THE OTHER ONES TO COMPARE, ALSO THE LEAVES ON SICK LOOKING ONE GETTING ALOT OF 1 LEAF COMING OUT. here are several pics of 2 buds 1 off bad plant and 1 off good plant. After inspection, the pods on the bad one all have 2 hairs coming out of them, not sure if that means anything. There is just too many pods on this one to risk the others , but you hate to toss 2 or 3 ounces in 2 weeks or so.

Thanks for the advise, and telling me what do do with MY plants. Taking a bud off is not hurting them at all. My eyesight not what it used to be, had to pull bud for closer inspection.
