Need advice with my first grow/1G Per Watt / Stealth cab project started

1g per watt, whut your crazy, but yea any who you like you have a pretty decent set up, for exhaust id say use some pc fans spliced to a ac adapter. and if u decide upgrade your light go with an hps, or high watted cfl bulb, i think leds should be used as background lights to pick up the lack of color, imo

I think 1G per watt is actually about the middle of the row. Obviously it depends on strain and hydro vs soil....but I think I have the knowledge and money to make it happen. I ordered one of those 120mm pc fans...I am going to run some trials (lights on for 24hrs) and see what my highest temps are...try the first fan and see how big of a difference it makes, possibly add more in the future if need be.

I have a bunch of CFL's just 23 and 42 watters..but with strategic placement I know I have enough lumens to grow some good dense nugs. Are you using HPS currently? Have you tried LED? I would love to hear from someone with first hand experience using both.

BTW I would say I am crazy but the others are concerned already about me owning guns so I would hate to put any more fear in them

1g per watt is going to be a challenge, but so is that shot glass grow off that some people are doing, so to each his own. I'll post up a pic when i'm done this homework bullshit. There is a really good pc grow on here somewhere with a monster plant inside, that had some great tips and tricks you should check out.
Im worried about the amount of lights you have in that smaller area that is going to be HOT without adequate airflow. I had to fuck with my box 3 or 4 times to get everything stable (temps,light positioning airflow) Test your shit out and prepare for the unexpected, like your girls getting to big and burning on the lights, or outgrowing their growing space. Test and plan is the best advice i can give you right now.

nice plann dude with aim for 1 gram per watt pretty good setup i would suggest LST! and as for the gun pic they might be legal but not a place to post it i know theres others on here that legally own guns im one of them but we dont post them cauz it makes a good majority of them uneasy

Yea my cab is just a touch bigger all the way around. How is the heat? How many CFL's ya got in there?

i can keep 5-6 cfls on with a frozen water bottle in front of the intake fan and temps stay at about 85-87.

My idea is to do a V-Scrog with on 150 or 200 watt cfl in the center..only plant 4 one in each corner...then use the smaller cfls (268watts)over the canopy. I think it could prevent stretching and also increase my penetration. I have one 120mm exhaust fan for now and I will have one small 4" fan blowing up over the vertical cfl and one blowing on the plants...I am thinking its gonna be to hot and need more exh vents

im sorry guy but your hopes and dreams of 1g per watt aint gonna happen with that. ill bow to you hell ill even suck your cock no homo if you end up with almost a pound from that setup lol

oh and yes you will need more ventilation. my dresser is finally down to 80 now after lots of tweaks to the intakes with 12 lights (312w). yours is smaller and more lights so im gonna guess it has to end up hotter then mine. try turning on all the lights with no fans on. mine hit 115 with the thermo under the lights


1 more quick edit now that i actually loooked at the dimensions were yours aint much smaller then mine. your is about 4 inches deeper but mine is 6 inches taller and 2 or 3 inches wider
