Need advice, should i flower or not?

Okay, I have some unknown strains in my growroom, currently i got 4 plants growing, 2 look great, 1 is still a small seedling, 1 is fucked up and deformed,

2 out of 4 have shown sex so far and both are female, I think i might have gotten fem seeds

My biggest plant is under 8 inches tall and fat and bushy as FCUK!!Absolutely no stretching at all,

My second is about 7 inches tall and prety bushy too, This one hasn't shown sex yet,3rd is deformed because of heat issues which have been temporarily fixed(I added a fan) this one is female,

My seedling is looking okay yet i don't know the sex of it,I'm running a 250w hps with reflector and all my walls are covered in mylar, Its a 3ft wide 2 foot deep space, and i have 28 inches from the tip of my biggest plant to the tip of the reflector......

I need to know whether i should flower em yet or not?? I can leave 2 or 3 out on the windowsil and put em back under the light everyday at 12, so that only one flowers and the rest veg on, I'm really afraid i will have heat problems if i let em grow up much more....

Please tell me should i flower or not?? and is it a good idea to only flower one or two, and leave the rest on the sil for a couple hrs everyday so that they keep vegging?

Also, I know this is asked alot and its such a Nooby question, But how much do u think i could yield from an 8 inch plant with two main(would be)cola's, under a 250w hps?

if you can wait longer, due so. They are slightly under the bar but you have to let em get to at least 12 inches in order to have a decent yield.

Why do they have to be 12 inches to get a decent yield?And what do you mean by decent?

I'm just afraid they will stretch too much and burn=(

if they strech too much, you'll have to tie the bitches down.....people call it LST search the faq . Peace!!! Cheetah

yeh i would say LST and keep on vegging

i would try and wait another few weeks if the plants get to tall try lst or topping

Thanks people, I reckon I will veg them for another 10 days and see how it goes, Also, when should i start the topping??

what i meant by decent is if you flower too early, you will not get alot out of em, but if you wait for another 2 more weeks, they will double in size which count for more cannabis to grow. Catch my drift ?

Should i start LST'ing them now?

you could start lst now if the plants is strong enough

If your worried about them getting too big, you have to know that when in flowering they will grow about 2-3 times bigger.

id say lst now, veg 2 more weeks, flower.

no, you shouldnt LST them, just let them grow, if you dont want them to get too big then top them, simple.

Wouldn't that end up ruining the two main cola's?They would have a kinda Y shape, Also the new branching created from topping would block the light falling on the two main(would be) colas......

Also, I heard topping doesn't really slow down growth too much, and they are gonna double or triple size when i flower em anyway,

And right now i can only afford to let em grow another 15 inches max!! and they will probably burn if i let them get that tall.=(

If they are showing pre sex and you are limited on height i would flower now, they are probably going to double in size, i thought if they were showing sex then they are ready

Yeah they showed sex after less than 3 weeks under the lights, 2 are doing absolutely brilliantly,
One is retarded(female)I was thinking i might just flower that one and see how it goes, at least i would have some smoke for a while, retarded smoke or not, And one has just passed to the veg stage,2 showed sex so far, still waiting on the other two.

My camera phone fell down the toilet last week unfortunately,I will try my best though to get pics of the plants somehow, They r really fat and bushy with lots and lots of side branching.

Are you sure that you have females? If you haven't started flower yet, some strains don't show true sex until a couple weeks into 12/12. Just asking. I'v kept and cloned from what I would have sworn were females. Only to kill the male plant and clones 2 and a half weeks later.

Well two of them have shown what definately are female preflowers, two have'nt shown anything as of yet,

My friend grew from the same seeds and said all his turned out fem(he grew 4) I think they could be fem seeds, i'm not 100%sure though,The other plant that hasn't shown sex yet is more resinous and crystally than the two females, so i doubt thats a male, and my seedling just kinda looks female haha, Hopefully i will have at least 3.
