Need Advice. Over nute during flowering what to do

Sorry about no pics i don't have a camera. Ok, my plants have been flowering for over a month now and i thought they were close to harvesting. Just recently the buds have been growing considerably in size and i've realised that i was wrong in my initial assessment and they still have a good 1-2 weeks left in them. I stupidly decided to put some more nutes on them and the plants are showing typical symptoms of over-nuting. I have a total of 5, two of which are larger and should be fine. The one i'm really worried about is my smallest... it's fan leaves look pretty bad and i'm not sure if they'll get any better. They are planted outdoors in the ground.
What should i do?
Is it okay for me to harvest the smaller one/s or will the plant need to be flushed first? Will the bud taste like shit if i pull them now or is it ok? Is the whole plant affected by over nuting or is it only certain parts?

I'd forgotten to add that the nutes i used were the generic type in the form of granules used in various types of gardening. I would imagine that the majority of the nutes would dissipate in the course of 1-2 weeks? Thank you for your help.

It's 5 o'clock somewhere

Granules usually means time released. Try and flush them, other than that there's not much you can do. You want to flush a week or two before harvest and give only water til you harvest.
