I'm good at sales. I can sell just about anything given the right information. My aunt and uncle are both real estate sharks and both agree that I have some serious skills in the field of business, but don't have the education requirements that most companies look for. I ran a web hosting company for awhile and grossed $2000 in profit in my first 6 months. Wasn't bad at all considering I was younger at the time abs only had one partner. Back then we used templates hahahah. I own a niche domain for marijuana right now actually, but don't have the SEO skills needed to rank my site on Google, but I would love to eventually do something with it. I was planning on starting an online headshop, but never finished. The domain itself if worth a lot to the right buyer. Like I said above, I hope to create something out of it, but as of right now the right idea hasn't entered into my mind.

Thank you for the kind words, I appreciate it. After reading a majority of the replies and weighing all the options on the table, education is the way to go. Regardless if I wanna go to the school for the next 2-4 years of my life, it has to be done. We gotta make decisions to live the life we want right? I guess now is just figuring out what degrees I want. I'm thinking something along the lines of a major in business, preferably the management side of a business, and a minor in agriculture. Learning how to properly grow and tend for plants will only benefit me.
If you're really deadset on no school get a job at a nursery or such and learn how t grow anything on an industrial scale.that will give you some marketable skills.

You got family in the real estate biz? Do that. You could be making good money now.

Let me tell you something about life. Right now it seems real important to do something you love, that's bullshit. All that matters is money and time. If you have both of those you can do whatever you want outside of your job. Focus on getting those.

Hahahah a yea. And I'd love to work in the business with them, but they're currently managing about 12 houses and few apartment complexes... Which in my opinion is insane. They are the nicest people, but I wouldn't ask to leech of their success. I'd rather them Mentor me when I have enough money to invest some housing in my later life. They've offered me free housing and a construction job this summer. I'm for sure going to take that opertunity this summer to make some extra money.

All good advice, but have you ever thought about prostitution? You don't even need a huge Johnson for that. It's not porno, ITS prostitution! Sometimes dudes just wanna put it in your bum. They don't care that you're only packing 3 inches rock hard.

Here's how you get started.
Step 1. Get a box of fruit loops and a gal of milk
Step 2. Fill anus with cereal and milk
Step 3. Take anal selfie and post it on Craigslist with a caption that reads "all I need is a spoon"

You'll be swimming in money by your next birthday. And yes, you can thank me later.

They're your family. If you can't use them to improve your self who can you? Besides you're working not leaching from them. Also that sounds like property management not real estate sales. Try to get into that. That's where the money is. No degree needed. Just a certification.

Hey, on some real shit... if your intelligent, theres alot of money in medical cannabis. Most of the folks doing this have little formal education. You can easily make a far superior product than anything out. And bewilder most people.. and make better medicine
This is where i would fit
Lots of people coming out with patents ;)
Money..

Elec and hvac as mentioned, anything specialized.. but as far as the weed scene, youll either be setting up grows, consulting etc. You wont be needed forever. Itll help you out and others say friends sure but likely youll end up falling back on the trade in a traditional sense at "normal" job sites
Understanding how the plant works is great, unfortunately without a deeper chem background in terp formation etc most would rather hire an experienced grower who "understands" the plant. A deeper education in sustainable ag and organics could be of use.
As far as business that could help alot especially in the warehouse type grows. Figure out how to save money, drop price per gram and run shit

You need to go to college though like now. A reputable party college not c.c. If i could and not be weird i would live in a college dorm like a permanent ra..
But i also loved high school
It is pretty different though, your professors dont give a damn if you show. Likely all work will be out of class, thats just lecture..except labs, always go to the lab. And all you need to do realistically is pass or maintain a high enough avg to hold onto scholarships and what not if you can get some. Your school avg is not on your degree lol..or attendance..easy
The girls seem to loose all sense
The drugs get better
And paid for by financial aid.
Staying in dorms is a must
The whole culture is different

My fav is texas state where im at. Go down every other thurs to drop weight. Stay in the dorms with one or two of my girls, throw a few lines out and fuck all night. Go to a party or two.
Good times
