Need advice! Have Pics!

Hi, I have posted in Newb section. even put pics up this time. I hate to clutter up the place but how do the newbs get noticed? Must I sacrifice something upon the altar of the all knowing minds here? I will do that you know. Really guys, sorry for mucking about, but I really could use a little peek.
