Need Advice for measuring PPM ! post opinion pls !

well i am at day 27 veg grow with 2x blackberry
my tapped watre is at about 200 ppm
after adding nutes it goes for about 1350
and after i adjust the ph it goes for about 2700-3000ppm


My question is:
If after adding the nutes, the ppm is at 1350 wich is fine for my plants. Is there going to be any problem or stress for my plant after the ph solution rises up the ppm at 2700-3000?

i have never had any pH up or down make such a significant change, something is telling me there is more too it. make sure you let your nutes dissolve properly before taking a reading, wait a while after you put them in so you can get an acurate reading on the tds in your solution. and what kind of pH adjuster are you using? your pH up/down should not be doubling your ppm

i am usit a 5L big bottle for mixing up my solution witch is 1750 ppm
then i take 2x 1,5L bottle and fill them with 250ml water each
then i fill the rest of the 2x1,5L bottle with solution from the 5L bottle and it goes for 1350ppm
so i got 2 bottles of 1.5L with solution at 1350 ppm
then i add the ph regulator wich rises the solution at 2700-3000 ppm


tests that i have made:
after reading 3000ppm in 1,5 bottles i took a glass from the 5L bottle and its still showing 1750-1800 ppm
then i took another glass and fill it with ph regulator guess what.... the ph regulator solution shows about 1600ppm

the ph regulator is : pH Down and pH Up from GHE (eurohydro.com)

anything you add to ur water is gonna raise ur ppm, add food first then take your reading then correct ur ph

my ppm is fine after adding food
will there be any problem if the ppm is too high after correcting ph?
