Need Advice ASAP Almost There Reps For Help

Ok heres my situation. I have had a friend make me a 4x4x6.5' cupboard. I have the following materials ready to go-

PH metre
PPM meter
Autopots (8 10" pots gravity fed system $250)
mylar
dutch master gold nutes
rockwool
Mini greenhouse propergator
seeds- (bigbudxnorthern lights, Aurora indica, himalayen kush)
Medium- 30perlite,30vermiculite,60coco.
light- 400w hps with digital ballast.
ph down

all i need is ventilation.
So i need a fan that has minimal noise and can suck enough air out with a carbon filter attached. I was thinking i could get a fan and set it to 26' celcius and it only swtich on when it is needed. i will also have an inlet hole with a 6 inch usb fan. The cupboard is in my room and we get very good ventilation as we live near the beach and we live on the top floor of a 2 story house.
So if anyone could help me out with a CHEAP 6inch fan with temp control would be a great help. links appreciated.

Hmm, never heard of a fan like that for cheap. You might be able to buy a regular 6 inch inline and wire in your own temp control. As for a quiet centrifugal fan, they are higher in price than the cheaper louder ones. You have money? Get the S&P http://www.solerpalau-usa.com/residential.html if not, I use this fan: http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&q=active+air+fans&wrapid=tlif129705493192610&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=8421855545896741742&ei=3HxPTZDDA9DTgAeipuEp&sa=X&oi=product_catalog_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CCIQ8wIwAA# you can find it for $30 cheaper if you go on eBay. It's loud at full power, but if you build a box around it and insulate it, that dampens the sound A LOT.

thanks bro.. i have been doing a bit of reading. I heard that the panasonic "whisperline" fans are the go. But i might just have to get a Can fan and build a box around it. I like the DIY part of doing things anyways. cheers for the help. When you built ur box around it did you use proper insulation to line it or use like old clothing or rags inside the box?

Oh and have i missed anything in my prep?

Yeah you can just use towels or old clothes to hang in and on top of the box to muffle any excess noise. It really is worth having a good powerful fan.
