Need a good water-proof outdoor LED light for grow

Now, I'm not actually growing marijuana outside. But just some fruits and veggies. I have some raised gardens, and some of my plants in front closer to the sun have taken off, leaving the ones in back behind without enough light. So I want to supplement the back ones with one or more LED lights at least until they can get bigger and catch up. Must be water-proof, rains like crazy here in Houston. I was thinking one or more of these:

I've seen Cobb mentioned many times on this thread before. But all ears for any other suggestions.

Try putting this in the gardening threads you may get more answers. I personally never seen anyone supplement light to outdoor vegetable beds but I'm sure some do. I'm curious if the beds have the same plants and some outgrew the rest or were taller type plants planted in front of shorter plants. That would just be a simple mistake and easily fixed next planting
