craigslist is a hit or miss. i drive to oaksterdam for quality i can trust on.
or in redding theres natures nexus
i have some friends that do really good aeroponic clones but even they get there original strains from oaksterdam

Thanks for the info keepitcoastal. Is oaksterdam really that reliable? I hear mixed reviews about them .. PM issues, genetics not legit, bugs..etc. I have had some clones from harborside, that had PM issues. I think the trick with harborside and oaksterdam is that you have to be there when they open. Just so you have a better selection. I'm going to have to try harborside again. Anyone else know where to get good clones?

best clones come from a grower not a club! I get all mine supplied by the guy I used to buy my smoke from! I still buy from him just not buds and he gets rid of my excess! If you get them from a grower they are most likely done right because they might end up in the growers garden instead of yours. even better source of clones is your own mother plant! a friend of mine grows 15 at a time. 5 flower 5 veg and 5 clones and just cuts from the plants in veg. once those are in veg and large enough he cuts clones from the clones. he has been doing this for over 50 harvests now with out a single problem!

So you might have to go to court on it, but I guess it would get thrown out. I've actually heard much the same, and a while ago I think I read on the NORML website that patient to patient transfer of medication is A-OK, so wouldn't clones fall into that catagory? I mean, my 'script says I can posess and cultivate, so I'm guessing that covers my ass.

a grower that doesn't give a shit about how they turn out! I get my clones from a guy that supplies a club by me, he sells them all the crap that he doesn't want in his garden after trimming down the mothers. Or you can go to the club Pay a huge mark up and not get the choice ones. Also depending on the club they treat them like shit. don't keep them under proper light or water them when needed! I never said you cant go to the club, just saying it is by far not the best option! IMO!

most clubs only hold their clones for a day or so. They don't need much light and i have never seen them lacking water. I don't know what clubs you're going to, or which ones your guy supplies, but they must be terrible ones. A good club isn't going to take a batch of crap clones. Growers that supply clubs with clones specialize in doing so, only the most reputable names get their gear in a club.

I haven't tried them yet. I get my clones from a few dispensaries in the Sac area and have never had a problem. The Green Temple has a nice selection of clones usually. I don't wanna post the link but you can find it on the web easily.

The real problem is getting bug free cuttings that are of a known variety which has been test-grown and proven to be a superior phenotype of the genetics. Most of the dispensaries all have bugs or they sell cuttings without having tested the yield potential and the quality of the genetics. If you are in Humboldt, I can help you by sending you to a dispensary that has good cuttings that are bug free and guaranteed genetics. PM me if you are near. If not then I wish you luck, it can be ugly trying to get good stable genetics that are totally clean. I hope this helps...
