need a few tips for my grow box

hi, sorry for the bad quality images [was capturing that quickly with an old phone cam while checking nobody was coming.

i have 5 x 23W cool daylight cfls
+ 2 x 11W blue cfl

i've glued those plastic gift wrapping paper on the inside of the box. have two pc fans for air in and out.
planning to grow only 1 plant inside.

lemme know if i have to add a few more stuffs, before i start to grow.

the blue cfl's u have in there is useless, it is completely the wrong colour temp,

you need cool white/daylight 6400k for veg and warm white 2700k for flowering,

people get confused when they hear bl;ue and red spectrum lights but it is not literally bright red and bright blue,

here is a photo of my CFL'S
one is "red" 2700k and the other is "blue" 6400k which are the colours you need

Yeah, get those party bulbs outta there. They're doing nothing but wasting energy and creating heat.

The "daylight" bulbs are what you want. 6500k also works fine.

You may want to turn the bulbs on their sides instead of pointing straight down.

How much room do you have in there? It looks awful small. You'll want at least 2 feet of height in there at a minimum, and that's assuming you're going to aggressively top or LST.

Yea like guy above me said looks kinda small try to have at least 24"height in grow box, also get yourself a thermometer so you know how hot it gets in there and maybe a small fan so you could have circulating air or to help with heat problems and mold.

okie, i'll pull out the blue bulbs, leaves me with 5 cool daylight cfl. hope that'll be enough.

the height is 1 metre high, the cam makes it appear smaller and its kind of difficult to access to get a good profile pic.

hmm excuse my ignorance.. but what is LST?

low stress training is a bending technique to maxamize the yield of your plant but also could be used if you dont have much space for height.
