Need a cheap LED for veg

looking for an LED thats under $100 for a 3x3 veg tent. I'm not looking for 1000 watt MH results, just need something to keep clone testers alive until I find a keepers.

Spider farmer is great light I've just got one amazing piece of kit s little over 100 dollars but worth for budget light. I also got cheap light of Amazon for £40 it was 300 w led. Now be careful as alot of lights advertising on Amazon have fake watts output. So for example 1000 w only giving 250w. Spider farmer is amazing has Samsung led chip also it's no fan noise as don't have one. Doesn't let alot of heat either and has waterproof surface inbeded between chips. Great but great results just put to late in flower but will have better results next run
