Need a 2nd opinion

Hey I have a gmo in a water farm. 2k led 400 watt full spectrum around 20k lumens. Ph keeps raising quickly to 6.5 to 6.7. Rez temp was 80 yesterday before I changed it.

Ran 4 gallons through it yesterday at 5.5 with 5ml of h202 per gal. Then refilled the rez at 0.5 ec.

Trying to save it before, I have to either repot it in coco or just start a new clone.

Yeah it is. Why? If Its gonna be less hastle to try and start a new one. I have another Gmo I can take clones of today and make sure its better rooted before I transplanted. This was the first time i just used a cube instead of a rooted solo cup to start with.

Your pH is fine and since you aren't giving it much food which also helps stabilize your pH I'm not surprised your pH is going up. Give your plant more food and put the person who told you to give a plant that size like 250ppm on ignore and no longer take their advice.

I started it low again since it hadnt really been eating. when I had it at a higher dose of food. I had a bunch of yellow perlite that Im assuming was salt build up when I did try to feed higher. So flushed all of that off. Changed the drip ring. I did 250 to see if it would eat. then up it up slowly. What think I should put it at like 0.8 ec then or 1.0?

Your tap is fine. A plant that size I am already at 1.0 or over, but that's without them being in shock. My best guess is that the plant had a little shock and wasn't eating well and you compensated by taking more food away. your can save it but it will never be as good as a plant that kicks ass from the get-go.

Yeah it started with alot of shock. Ill see if its eating and make a new batch of food for it and see how it handles it. worst case it dies

You could also take the food you mix and water it down to like 30% as a foliar spray with some soap to help a little.

So just checked it. Its not taking eating for some reason. Ph went up to 6.6, ppm is still 250 and it just looks like its not eating or drinking.

Guess I can try flushing it again and maybe just running water through it for a bit to see if i can atleast get it to drink

No these are mt numbers from right now from the rez yesterday. I havrnt done anything for it today yet. Theres sadly only 1 root sticking out the bottom of the planter. Seems like theres a decent amount in the planter. The one thats popping out looks like a burned tip or something. Its been the only one for a week.

I have a 2nd water farm thats not being used. Would it be worth repotting and rinse the roots?

If yer plant is in that huge planter, I'd surmise that's the issue

I'm not a fan of top feeding DWC, to easy to drown them especially in rock wool, as well as not an even watering in it either

Is nobody going to address the fact that OP said the reservoir temp was 80 when he changed it?? You gotta get your water temps down stat.
