well ive read all the deals posts and read threw a bunch of threads learnd a bunch will reading but yet to see netthing about the website virtualsunhydroponics i was doin a bunch if searching online after reading the deals threads and i found virtualsun they have good deals but even tho i have posted this question in all the deals threads nobody has yet to answer so i figured ide just make a thread

so if nebody could help me with info about the site virtualsunhydroponics.com like honestly ne info would help im just trying to see if nebody here has orderd from there or nething realy cuz im in desperate need of a new light and fan/filter and they also have realy good tent deals to but i dont wanna order from them unkess i git some backup about info because on any site they themselves are gonna say they are good but onlythe costomer realy knows

well that was helpfull info about tthe site itself but im lookin moe at product reviews been searching online but only get amazon reviews and the things im getting are cheaper on the site itself

I just ordered a whole new grow tent setup from virtual sun hydroponics and was worried a little about not getting what I payed for since I've never made such a large online order but was impressed on how fast I received it and then was unsure on how to set up a few things but no. Problem talk to Fred at extension 230 and he will walk you threw it all step by step kept him on the phone for a long time then called next day to ask another question left a message and half hour later he contacted me I'm impressed with the products and service highly recommended. I 600 watt digital package with a 96x48x76 tent and a 8 inch fan filter combo works great.

This company ripped me off. Nothing they sell has ever been tested. The first ballast was bad. The replacement was bad and then they refused to talk to me. Total ripoff.

Im thinking of maybe ordering from their website as well. Anyone else have any experience with them? Hey mikey123, how did they refuse to talk to you? Isn't there a warranty on the lights?

My 400 magnetic is great. A tent a got is ok for veg. The 600 digital has interference and stability issues.

Its not a steady voltage to light..it dims,etc. My fault as its cheap. My magnetics run fine. I'll get another mag. It really screws up am radios. I contacted via email about warranty coverage and procedure. No reply.
