Yeah Bone, I wasn't joking when I said I was drooling over your stuff either. No lie, I was mesmerizing for a few that it would just be so awesome to have a neighbor/friend like you. Truthfully, I'd be in heaven just to have a clone of yours.
You may very well be my neighbor. I wouldn't be shocked. Oddly enough, I've only posted on one other forum. There was a guy who ended up being less than 2 miles from me.

Well, NC is has decriminalized marijuana and thats a GIANT step towards MMJ. Conservative or not, its better than alot of other states.

I emailed the list I posted of the various groups/organizations that support medical marijuana to every member of the N.C. State General Assembly. So far only one has responded thanking me for the information and saying that they support the legislation. I sent it roughly two hours ago so only one reply in that amount of time is not discouraging.

Less then 1.5z (and paraphernalia)is a misdemeanor and growing any amount is a felony. (according to NORML) I don't call that decriminalized (though always been at odds with that term. Misdemeanor is a record, its not like a traffic ticket.

all the letters in the world won't amount to 2 pharma companies lobbying.
(You'd have to dig up dirt on the pharma co's hint hint)

Naturally the pharmaceutical companies are going to have a huge problem with legalization. They are shaking in their boots at the prospect....to the point of desperation in my opinion.
Isn't it amazing that "all of a sudden"...it's been learned as fact that smoking causes testicular cancer. Nice timing, don't you think? I have serious reservations about that claim. Next, to cover their ass's ......for women, it will cause ovary cancer.
"We the people" need to get off our ass's and quit being lead like sheep. We may not all be neuroscientists, ETC, ETC......yet most of us have enough brain cells left to question.
We don't need to go into all those things that were once proclaimed as poison for our bodies, yet now it's the cure all for this, that and the other.
They(scientists) have proven in all TOO many ways the beneficial properties in its NATURAL form for SO many ailments, and in my case, the CBD's prove to be a cure to "keep me on course." I'll tell you right now. There's a strain out there for ALL of my symptoms.....yet the government deems it legal to put all sorts of chemicals in my system that literally ARE poison....and well the cost......no longer shocks me---35 grand on average A YEAR. This is the minimum amount spent for my condition and does not include any unforseen doctor visits/hospital stays. I've had several extra portions of those lately mind you.....I'm not even going to figure out the cost--mind boggling.
One of my medications alone per MONTH is 2 grand.....and you know what? It just "may" help and there's no proof that it does. Hell, I may hear a couple of years from now that it causes cancer.
This is MY body, MY mind and MY soul........there may be very few of "we the people" who are willing to stand up and say, "I'm mad as hell and I'm just not going to take it anymore." I'm one of them.
If I have to take to the street and one by one pull some others like myself to stand UP, so be it. I will NOT be criminalized for taking the healthier, NATURAL route in deciding MY OWN health.

And I for damn sure will NOT be turned into some pill popping addict that began with only a few symptoms and ended up with that ten fold.

ok guys i just read the whole bill. so all cardholders will be able to maitain a 100sq garden producing no more than 6.5 pounds of usable marijuana a year. for a dispensiery of course you and employees must be 21. all employees will be issued cards indentifing you and your rights as the employee of said producer or dispensery. producers and dispenseries can can only maitain usable marijuana for 25 patients at one time. i take that as you can only have 2500sqf of flower canopy. or 6.5 pounds times 25. producers and dispensers will pay 10% of sales to the department set up for the program. dispenser fees will be 2000$ good for 2 years. producers will pay 1000$ for a 2 year license. this is a dream come true for many of us lets hope ingnorants doesnt kill it for us.
