Did they have to pay upfront to have the surgery or was there an option to make payments? Why didn't you give them the food they needed after surgery? Food is way more vital than insurance.

Yes, people have died in the past because for various reasons they did not get the optimum professional care. With completely "free" healthcare people will still die.

this is an anti obama thread is it not? not anti government right?

labels are printed regardless of the info on them the extra time taken to show nutritional values is not going to break anyones grocery budget (even if you buy 20 of them)

Nope, and I prefer reading labels. If there were no mandates, I would likely buy produce that tells me more about it than not. The serving size thing throws me, but I'm good at math.

OK, anti Obama, let me get back on track.

I wish he would stop killing so many people.

You draw some broad conclusions. This isn't an anti-Obama thread this is a thread about a NBC poll on Americans perception. Does this thread make you feel uncomfortable? If so we have plenty of leftest hate speech threads available to anyone that can't stand to see people with different opinions.

Obama stopped the unnecessary and pointless upgrade of the Marine one presidential helicopter. They wanted to get him a new one for an extra $300 million or so. He canceled the order saying the one he had worked well enough.

I respect him for that.

Do you think seat belt laws protect us or insurance companies? Who do you think lobbied for those laws as well as mandates that we must have insurance to drive? Do you think the tickets benefit us or the local cartel tax collectors? Without government lackies passing these laws for major insurance corporations, we would be just a tad more free today, and for me that's what it's about.

so seatbelts dont save lives? they save insurance companies? and mandated labels cost the consumer but insurance companies swallowed the costs of RTA before seatbelts?
