That dp90 is only 3 feet tall. If you have the height get a gorilla. It has 2 adjustable heights and is thick and sturdy to hold some heavy sinks with confidence.
If that's the max height you can go I would still do 8 cxbs on 2 heatsinks with 2 hlg-185-1400a's and dim them down to where your pulling 35 a sq ft, scrog 1 or 2 plants on a really low screen and just keep the lights a few inches away.
Then when you get a bigger tent you can crank them up to cover your area better.
You'll have 400 available watts at your fingertips and a nice spread if you make each bar 30" long. With this set up and some tlc you'll be in business.
I'm running 6 cxa3070's at 40w each so no, you wouldn't get the same results using a little more than half the wattage but you would see results none the less.

Harvested 2 weeks ago. The Underdog og yielded me 127 gr of smokeable nugs and the the Fire99 only 45 of smokeable nugs. The UD is a beast and a must grow strain for kush lovers!
This run was plagued by so much lower growth under the screen due to my lack of training and fear of defoliating that it was just depressing. If I would have cleaned it up like my last run I would have hit gpw+ with ease.
But I did make a half zip of some 70 and 90 dry ice hash that is excellent!
Oh well woulda coulda shoulda.
My next girls in flower now paid the price as I put them through some extreme bondage already and lost a main off of each plant but I tell you this, it's gonna be all buds on that screen.
