I was at the local store and I was looking at parabolic reflectors because they were only 8 inches deep. Good for my 8 foot ceilings and they are about 4 feet wide for good light spread.
The dude there says he uses Nanolux and likes how he can crank it down to 700 for veg. They also sell LEC315 Watt. He said the LEC gives you better quality of buds (better light spectrum) while the Nanloux gives you more yield. He said to just trim em down as low bushes due to 8 ft ceiling.
