Name this problem....

Looks like a few problems but it seems to me that there’s definitely not enough light and there not getting the energy they need. Plus some deficiencies and over watering? Any pest problems?

That too much nutrient. Dark green is usually due to too much nitrogen. The brown tissue death areas resemble heat damage, which happens if the light is too close, too intense. Without knowing more about how this plant was grown it's kind of hard to say, but that dark green color is obvious for excessive nutrients.

No bugs. Might have been overwatered once or twice nothing significant

More than one issue ....

Excessive Nitrogen .... dark / shiny leaf
Magnesium...... interveinal spotting / yellowing / brown spotting
PH fluctuations.... tied into issues above.


N Tox interferes with bud growth ( hence the bud structure you have ) ....
