I would guess a type of springtail since they're in the soil and get more active after watering. Minute pirate bugs would be mostly on the plants. Grab one and if it bites you it's a pirate bug.Small Pirate?

Some are bigger than others . If they jump when you mess with them they're springtails.So apparently they are too big to be springtails.
@Kamau42 successfully called it, jumping springtails! Jumped right up onto a sticky trap. Feel bad capturing it now.
