so out of curiosity..... the "sassafras extract" that grandma made homemade rootbeer with, did that contain the chemical of interest??

If it contains the essential oil, then yes. You'd have to check into that.. safrole is generally obtained via the distillation of sassafras (or various other sources).

I've always wondered about that since I found out about saffrole/mdma.....

I guess a little google search woulda helped me out :) , and "root beer extract" gives it away....

My dad and his brother always talked of some brown sassafras. Wonder if this could be it.

And yes..... sassafras is the "beer" in real root beer. Zatarains is imitation, but I dont think I could ever drink enough to get "drunk" (if possible).

does this chunk of whatever smell like rootbeer? because thats what a sassafras root smells like. i used to have a huge tree. i see them everywhere i go, in every state.
or does it smell like fossilized JENKEM? lol :P

2c-e and like drugs also mescaline sometimes come in capsules easy to put together if you have enough of the two.truly the frist designer type drug.heat treated chucks of the stuff turns dark brown/black.also does not really melt like it should.stays together like the pic.i say it must be mescaline his friend mentioned.as said in the first post.many ofc drugs can be rec. drugs if taken correctly
it can not be crack since anyone who has cooked it knows how it burns.also by the look of that white center and darken edge does not make any sense that if it were heroin

There is alot of imitation crystal mdma going round the UK. I had some and it was similar to the pic. The middle was yellow and had a kind of honeycomb texture. The outside was brown though, not black but maybe the colour change is due to oxidation or something and the stuff in the pic is older or been stored differently. It was a piperazine I think there is a few threads about it and similar (white, clear and brown) stuff on the UK and Ireland thread on pillreports.com.
