Name a country that's better than America

Yeah. Sorry I'm a bit high and worked all night. I read it as a question and reversed the meaning. Oops.

But killing people you think are nazis is dis-honorable.

And killing people just for their beliefs is also wrong.

Do we know the actual convicted war criminal in question?
I didn't say "think", I said Nazi. Do you think those posers with tiki torches are real Nazis. LOL

Look at recent entertainment media. Nazis are the only group that it is socially acceptable to just mow down. Games companies avoided controversy when they put Nazi zombies into the shooter game instead of virtual people. Movies about WW2 celebrate killing Nazis. And today, we have Nazis starting to appear on our streets. I'm not all about killing the ersatz Nazis who paraded with tiki torches last week. Just saying that in our society, Nazis are about the most acceptable of all to off. At least according to social norms regarding our entertainment.

Well nazis got themselves a lot of attention. And the ones involved in atrocities deserve it.

But we can't go around killing labels.

evidence has been found in several places which points to nuclear explosions that happened many thousands of years ago on earth. Also there were greater civilizations than our time that ended up being destroyed by man himself, or the *"All mighty the creator" *. The survivors left messages in several places which warned man from playing with fire.
Read about forbidden history, travel the earth and explore and learn more.

* my personal believe not yours @ ttystikk :bigjoint:

I've read about naturally occurring radioactive formations that have actually had runaway chain reactions- but these were not built by any intelligent influence, they were accidents of nature.

I'm certain there were secrets of ancient civilisations that have been lost to history, perhaps even some that modern science hasn't yet independently rediscovered.

That said, there is exactly no evidence whatsoever that any human civilisation that has ever come before has reached anything like our current level of technical, scientific and social achievement.

This is the biggest reason for my bitter disappointment in our current administration; we have an opportunity to reach for the stars and a very limited time with which to do it.

We must, as we bear both an obligation to our ancestors because of their sacrifices and to our progeny because they deserve a better world than the one we're currently leaving them.

Description: A heavy layer of radioactive ash in Rajasthan, India, covers a three-square mile area, ten miles west of Jodhpur. Scientists are investigating the site, where a housing development was being built. For some time it has been established that there is a very high rate of birth defects and cancer in the area under construction. The levels of radiation there have registered so high on investigators' gauges that the Indian government has now cordoned off the region. Scientists have unearthed an ancient city where evidence shows an atomic blast dating back thousands of years, from 8,000 to 12,000 years, destroyed most of the buildings and probably a half-million people. One researcher estimates that the nuclear bomb used was about the size of the ones dropped on Japan in 1945.

The Mahabharata clearly describes a catastrophic blast that rocked the continent.

"A single projectile charged with all the power in the Universe…An incandescent column of smoke and flame as bright as 10,000 suns, rose in all its splendor…it was an unknown weapon, an iron thunderbolt, a gigantic messenger of death which reduced to ashes an entire race... The corpses were so burned as to be unrecognizable. Their hair and nails fell out, pottery broke without any apparent cause, and the birds turned white... After a few hours, all foodstuffs were infected. To escape from this fire, the soldiers threw themselves into the river."

And that is exactly the kind of thing that proves my point; Hiroshima and Nagasaki weren't emptied out and cordoned off forever and they don't exhibit extreme levels of radiation. And, this is after only 70 years, let alone several millennia of decay.

These kinds of crazy theories rarely survive any kind of rigorous scientific inquiry.

Do you know what radiation does to carbon dating?
Let's just say if you took something surviving from the hydrogen bombs that was used, it would read something like 3000years in the future.

America is a fantastic place to live if you're already rich, not so much for the average citizen. That's not a high bar, however.

America is still a place where you can have a great life without a lot of money. I have way more fun and free time than my doctor brother. And I likely eat better food.

I won't be buying a beach house in Florida like him or parking a new Cadillac in the driveway.

But I would rather live out here in the country by the lake and river anyway. And I can get to the trailhead in a used van.

I didn't even need good credit. If you can learn to fix up a house you can buy them on contract from individuals in America. And property taxes are cheap out here.

I rode my new mountain bike on the singletracks all day. It's an entry level mountain bike. But it was fun as hell. It's even new. I never bought myself a new bike before.

We don't even have to leave town to do a 5 hour kayak river trip that snakes through town and ends up in a national forest state park with a campground. We see wildlife like eagles and blue herons. And wild salmon. Then a 15 minute drive home.

You have to work hard for what you want but we are free to pursue whatever we want here.

I can drive my new bike in my shitty van to Colorado and ride big mountains right off the pass for free. Well for gas money.

Cheer up. You're an American. And a grower.
